NAACCR Partnership Solutions
NAACCR understands that many organizations may need a little clarity on the central cancer registry and cancer surveillance space. We know you’re busy and you’re seeking solutions that will help you maximize your organization’s efficiency and ability to leverage cancer surveillance data. That’s why NAACCR offers simple solutions designed to give your organization a 360-degree view of the central cancer registry and cancer surveillance field to help you achieve your organizational goals. NAACCR is available to offer value oriented options for partnership with our Association. Each solution is selected with an eye to help you increase efficiency, maintain focus on your core work, and enhance your organizational capabilities.
Each potential partner is assessed on a variety of criteria. The options below will help guide discussions with our staff to ensure that the best possible match is made for the partnership between our organizations.
This relationship is a 6-month effort. Minimum of $5,000 of engagement. Items like case counts, analyses of data, and other cancer surveillance-specific work may be included but detailed upon contract finalization. This includes up to 25 hours of consulting within a 6-month period of time. This level of partnership may be increased to a maximum of $7,000 (35 hours) of consulting within a 6-month period of time if required.
This relationship is a 12-month effort which may be renewed annually.
Includes a NAACCR Sustaining Organizational Membership for 12 months ($2,000 / $650 non-profit)
NAACCR provides cancer surveillance-specific consulting. Access to U.S. and Canada Central Cancer Registry contacts. Guidance with the contact process and assistance with relationship building. Items like case counts, analyses of data, and other cancer surveillance-specific work may be included but detailed upon contract finalization. This is equivalent to 60 hours annually of consulting. Because of requirements with funders and staff time, there is a hard cap of 60 hours of commitment for this level on an annual basis.
NAACCR will assist with the production and coordination for one 1-3 hours webinar style meeting as requested by partner.
This relationship is a 12-month effort which may be renewed annually.

Items like case counts, analyses of data, and other cancer surveillance-specific work may be included but detailed upon contract finalization. This is equivalent to 60 hours annually of consulting. NAACCR will assist with the production and coordination for one in-person meeting between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm at the NAACCR Annual Conference as requested by partner.
This level will include the NAACCR Sustaining Organizational Membership for 12 months ($2,000 / $650 non-profit). This level of relationship will involve a detailed review of work proposed, requirements for NAACCR staffing, technical analyses needs, and overall level of effort for longer than 12 months. Generally, this level will reach a level of overall funding of $100,000 a year and up. This level is primarily how NAACCR does it’s day to day business and is very experienced with efficiently working through the proposal process with a partner organization.
