Fun Bike Ride – Wednesday, June 21st – 4:00-7:00 pm
Join us for a MELLOW afternoon ride along the Rio Grande, on Albuquerque’s Paseo del Bosque Bike Trail. Scenic and safe, the dedicated bike trail will remind us of our rides in Austin and Portland!

Participants will be able to take advantage of the free shuttle to Old Town which is where the bike shop and ride departure is located. The shuttle will depart approximately every 30-40 minutes from the Hyatt Hotel. The shuttle will drop you off at the bike shop on an additional stop between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Please note that you should depart from the hotel on the shuttle no later than 3:30 pm – 3:40 pm to make the 4:00 pm ride departure. Additionally, the shuttle will make a stop at the bike shop after the ride between approximately 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Annual Fun Run/Walk – Thursday, June 22nd – 6:30 am
There is no cost for this event. Just show up-no registration is necessary for this event. Run or walk approximately 2 miles. It is up to you. Meet in the main lobby of the Hyatt Albuquerque between 6:15 am – 6:30 am. Please note, this is an urban, sidewalk course. Streets are not closed so please use caution and enjoy the morning.
New for 2017! Join us for a invigorating 15 minute talk near the break area for special presentations on Late Breaker topics. Grab a cup of coffee or water at the break and stop by for this quick and stimulating session. No registration needed.

Note that the Thursday Awards Luncheon is not scheduled this year. Lunch is on your own each day. Awards will be given throughout the conference program.
The Final Program and Abstract Book are now available at the link above! A printed copy is available at the conference when you check in. In efforts to keep the conference GREEN, we ask that you take a printed program if needed. An electronic Program will be made available to all attendees as a GREEN option.
Most NAACCR activities will take place at the Albuquerque Convention Center which is across the street from the host hotel Hyatt. Check the final program for exact locations of each activity. Activities in the Albuquerque Convention Center will be in the West Complex within the convention center.
NAACCR Business Meeting
NAACCR Geocoder Users Meet & Greet with Dan Goldberg and Payton Baldridge—come ask questions/provide feedback on the NAACCR Geocoder 5:30 – 7:00 pm during NAACCR Exhibitor Showcase (at the NAACCR booth) Monday evening. They will also be available during the breaks.
There will be a Geographic, Spatial And Demographic Data Workgroup (GSADD) dinner Monday evening, June 19th. All are welcome to attend this dinner (pay on your own). Local Vendor Food Trucks
The Albuquerque Convention Center (ACC) will arrange for 4-5 local vendor food trucks as well as some free seating on the Civic Plaza.

Note that on day 1 (Tuesday, June 20), they will be setting up for an event taking place on the Plaza, therefore the trucks will be parked along 3rd Street (immediately to the right as delegates walk out of the ACC). On the following two days, trucks will be located on the Plaza itself. In both cases, they will be very visible to attendees of the conference exiting the Convention Center.
Albuquerque Old Town is just a few minutes form the hotel lobby. Stroll the Plaza, dine at our many restaurants, stay in our Hotels and Bed & Breakfasts, visit our museums, take a guided tour or shop at over 150 stores and galleries for unique gifts from the Southwest and around the world. A free shuttle will run from the Hyatt Albuquerque Main Lobby to Old Town. Bring some friends and experience quiet hidden patios, winding brick paths, gardens and balconies.
SHUTTLE TO/FROM ALBUQUERQUE OLD TOWN
Complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Albuquerque Old Town is available to all NAACCR delegates during the times and dates below. The shuttle will leave from the Hyatt Regency Hotel (front entrance) every 40 minutes. Please show your badge to the driver for admission.
