    I am reaching out to others to ascertain where folks are at with abstracting 2018. My department is significantly behind and trying to catch up.

    I see some facilities are concurrently abstracting but I want to gauge how much we need to catch in the interim.

    I am new to this position and would like some feedback from more seasoned managers.
