Semantic Data Work Group Crosswalk Tables
As part of the ongoing effort to harmonize NAACCR standards with other national codes set the Semantic Data WG compares NAACCR data items and codes to those used by other health-related standard setting organizations. The Semantic Data WG recognizes that values sets evolve and change over time. These mapping tables are accurate, to the best of our knowledge, as of the date noted on the table.
