In June 2014, NAACCR and the International Association of Cancer Registries (IACR) will co-sponsor an unprecedented educational opportunity by bringing together the world leaders in cancer surveillance for a week-long symposium which combines the NAACCR and IACR annual conferences. The Conference is developed by and for cancer surveillance professionals to learn about the latest trends, acquire new skills, share research findings, improve public health, and support a variety of cancer research endeavors. Our theme is “Capitalizing on Cancer Surveillance Data for Improved Cancer Control.”

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. No deposit is required. If no credit card can be provided, then reservation is cancelled if guest does not check-in by 4:00 pm on the date of their arrival. A credit card must be provided if reserving your room online. Guests will receive a confirmation email of their reservation after the reservation is complete. Please contact the hotel if you do not receive an email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled after 4:00 pm on check-in day will be subject to a 1 night charge.
Reservations Note: An early departure fee of $100 will apply to the Group attendee should he/she check-out prior to the confirmed checkout date should they not notify the hotel prior to 4pm day of check-in.
- All participants arriving by air or land will require a valid travel document, visitors from the United States will require proof of citizenship, in the form of a passport or birth certificate with valid government issued photo ID, or naturalization (i.e. permanent resident card). Visitors from elsewhere will require a valid passport to seek entry into Canada as this is the only universally accepted travel document. - The travel document being used to seek entry must be valid for the duration of the visitor’s stay in Canada.
- A visa requirement depends on the purpose of travel (i.e. work or pleasure) and the visitors country of Citizenship. If the visitor’s citizenship is that of a visa required country, they must apply for a visa at the nearest Canadian Embassy/Visa Office abroad. A list of visa required countries can be found here.
