Executive Director and Staff Raises

The Executive Director is responsible for determining staff raises and bonuses.  The Executive Director must stay within the budgeted salary line items when determining compensation for staff.  The salary budget must cover merit and cost of living adjustments, changes in salary due to staff turnover, and any salary adjustments. The salary budget must not exceed expected annual increases from funding agencies.  Unexpended funds in the salary budget may be re-directed to program activities with approval of the appropriate funding agency.  If a funding agency does not award the requested salary amount, the Executive Director must make appropriate adjustments to stay within the reduced salary budget.

 

The Board of Directors establishes the compensation package for the Executive Director.
