NAACCR Strategic Management Plan 2011-2016
In
the summer of 2010 NAACCR began the Strategic Management Planning process which
will guide the Association for the next 3-5 years.
The Strategic Management Plan Oversight Committee has worked
with many members throughout the NAACCR community to develop a plan that will
move us forward over the next five years. We took a comprehensive approach to
this process by reaching out to Committees and Workgroups, Sponsoring Member
Organizations and many others throughout our community. Scores of valuable
ideas were submitted and everyone’s help has been much appreciated.
The NAACCR Board of Directors is pleased to present the completed plan. It retains NAACCR's core values, embraces new strategies, and offers new opportunities. NAACCR now has a robust blueprint for the future.
